Well that was nearly 7 years ago (oh god) so I don't really remember. But I know it was a dog I got from one of the monthly adopts. Nothing exciting.

signalis... the fan animation in my pfp/signature is from that game. i got to infodump abt it on this thread a few pages back. the story is so complex and leaves a lot of interpretation up to the player. it's extremely dark and depressing though, cried a lot my first few playthroughs. love the character design so much though

^ you should play signalis!! it's on steam. if you like horror/dystopian games you may enjoy it. it's also relatively short, but offers more endings the more you play

v What's a video game you play that's either underrated or no one knows about that you love?

huge fan of the legend of bumbo. most people that know about it only know it because of it being a "prequel" to the binding of isaac, but even then the gameplay is so different most isaac players have never given the game a chance. its a punishing match four game with combat elements. you make your way through sewers and such and gain upgrades to fight bosses at the end in search of your (bumbo's) stolen coin! the art style is gorgeous and the gameplay is actually engaging to me as someone who doesnt enjoy match four games that much. it has the same kind of punishing style as isaac as well which i really enjoy. if it sounds interesting to you and you dont mind grossout humor (good ol number 2 and butts) id give it a shot :) just know it takes a bit of trial and error to fully understand everything that it throws at you, especially bosses

the company of myself and fixation are two pretty old flash games that i think tie storytelling and level design together really well. they’re not super long, but they are pretty depressing

i take the classic 2 hour long time-travel rejuvenating nap. also keep yummy snacks around the house and sometimes make a nice warm drink

i could make this another isaac rant but i wont. instead ill make it about ponies. I LOVE PINKIE PIE RAHH as a kid my dad compared me to her and still to this day calls me pink. silly as it is to say she was my role model for a while. i wanted to be just as happy and positive as her. my life was pretty bad for a while and i wished i could be as positive about things like she could. it gave me comfort that even she felt sad. she had her moments where she wasnt 100%. and i think that helped me come to terms with the fact that i will never be 100% all the time. ill have my moments and my sad days but that doesnt make me less. my friends and family will still love me if i feel "negative" emotions. the world wont end if i have one bad day. and shes pink who doesnt love pink???

went to the mall with some friends last month, went to a kbbq together and ate dinner with them and my parents then played jackbox until like 12am until they went home. it was just so fun i can't wait to go to pride with them this summer i love them so much

^ a binding of isaac enjoyer on cs? i just bought repentance after being a longtime vanilla/rebirth fan and it is SO hard but im seriously enjoying it // had a nice experience with somebody on aj, that sounds like such a nice interaction!!
