Your tess horse is worth 5MA or 50 rares 2010/2011.
They offered around 10.5 rares 2010/2011 of worth.

They're very under.

I don't think you're overpaying at all. Your side adds up to 2.65MA and their side is 2.5MA, if following Horror's guide. However, their side has much better demand and they can easily trade for more than their worth. This is an easy trade to take in my opinion, I'd much prefer their side.

animal egg 3 itself is worth 1 non, I dont think their pets add up to that
