i believe the mountain zebra goes for the lower end of 0.75-1 non, while the ur foal seems to go for a consistent 1 non. imo this is unfair to the foal!

I would say they are underpaying. Nonjewel is 1non, swaps for both the tribals that are .5n each (and no their demand won't put them to .25n I never had an issue trading them for this value)
Rest of their offer is 1.4 MA and even RR dark leopard is 2MA so TD is definitely more than that, if you value TD's higher like most people.

their star oragami dog store pet is worth 1 MA while your watermelon dog is worth 1 MA as well.

so a fair swap for the most part. though i’d personally value the store pet a tad higher since it’s a store pet.
