Top side overpaying, Red malk dragon is usually worth .25 non, however TD ones I see getting up to .5 non. Your side would be around 3MA total. so depending where you wanna value their dragon, by demand I would say dragon is better option.

hii i'd like some opinions!! does this seem fair? I believe their side is about 9.5 MA's? i'm not too familiar with the list but I tried my best to calculate

No this would be very unfair to them... teal butterbun swaps equally with the banana as it is valued at 1 non. So essentially everything else is already over for them. Noting that UR banana also has a bit worse demand than the bunny.
