• You may only fill out the form once per every application opening (ie. I had applied with the minimum required entries, didn't get hired as an artist, and may copy + paste my previous form for the next application opening as an artist).
• If you become hired as a ClockDials Artist, you must be willing to communicate with Parasite if any issues are to arise.
• For the time being, only Parasite is able to approve of Starter Bundle claims, though Artists may take on parts of the Summon Outcomes + Summon Queue with clear communication between your fellow staff.
• Please be sure to directly link to how/where you want to be credited for your contributions to the ClockDials UMA, as this will help users know how to collectively do so on their own (ie. Credits for individually created profiles via Toyhou.se), as can be found here.
