Only certain ones went rare, so I think we'll have to wait a looooong time.

I think they will go rare soon; I only got one, and they were on a lot of people's wish lists, just like the gold PPS and the cat PPS from this month

That's because a lot of people hoard them, so they're harder to find. Doesn't have anything to do with their rarity, though.
