I kind of wish that the April Fool's event could be entered by choice. One I would gladly take. Then anyone who enters can get the pets and visit April Fools stalls, and the only way to see the event take place is to take part in it. Best example I can think of, is the carnival summer event.

I mean, the only thing we're missing from the "event" is the sitewide prank. They just aren't doing it because there's an event going on and it usually alters already existing pet images so people might think there's new event outcomes.

I am, disappointed there won't be pranks, though I guess the admins are in a no win situation every year. Play pranks and people complain and threaten to quit, don't play pranks and those of us who look forward to seeing what new thing happens, end up feeling let down.

like, i wonder if the lack of april fools is due to
the complaints or if the reason is completely unrelated ?-?

It says on the front page it's because of the Easter event still running!

well, I missed the PPS caterpillar tonight as well as the one pony it seems everyone else is asking for. So I posted in the trade thread right? And I'm thinking I'll get a swap for the pony immediately because I have all the other outcomes, and that the PPS caterpillar is gonna be a nightmare to get. Nope! Got the PPS caterpillar offered immediately, and not a single offer for the pony I missed! Very surprised! Maybe it'll be an interesting month. My birthday is the 14th so here's to hoping it's a good one <3

I get that, that's why I would keep the glitching or April Fools to the event of the Fool itself. It's not as fun as site-wide, but it is interesting still. I think it would be different enough to be cool, and wouldn't bother others. And maybe the people wanting to enter Fool's Fest could download or set-up a website extension that created a way to see the Fool's Fest activities. Sort of like 3D glasses. Not sure of a better way to do that besides a download, but it is just a silly idea I keep thinking about.

Wait, do people really threaten to quit?? I mean, I’ve only been online for a couple pranks so I don’t know what they’ve all been, but are they really so harmful that they bother people that much? Is there an archive of pranks somewhere I can look at what the ones I’ve missed have been?

Not sure why, but this one really stands out to me, I love it! I'm someone who normally prefers natural colours and stuff, but for some reason this one is my clear favourite of not only the April Fools bunch, but of the monthlies too!


I find the newborns this month a bit boring? Not bad, though. Just gonna be watching them closely to see what they become!

This guy is an odd one out. They're not actually a fusion but a bit of a celebration of doing this tradition of mine for 10 years now. It's a little something special using the custom lines I made for these litters.
