Rant: "Meet me"s in personalities or "*Growl...*"s in histories. I mean, why do you think it is on the form if you're not supposed to fill it out?!?!

I just saw a RP, and the CREATOR of the RP had those in their form... I mean, why even put sections for Personality and History if you're not gonna fill them out?
