I suggest Amara, Bodhi, Nadia, or Vera as her name, given the vibe of this picture I went with a nam that means "inspire" or "inpspiring"

Edrea (waelthy, powerful) or Irie (a Caribbean name that means “powerful”) would really really fit this character.

Or you could go with Ash, it's a unique unisex name with the meaning "dream" from the Anglo-Saxon language
