Sky had found a nice area in the woods to sleep. She was not in the mood to face her brother tonight so decided it was best she did not return so soon.

Jake had waited for awhile for Sky to come back and when it was pitch black decided she would most likely be back soon. She could be stubborn when she wished. He padded over to Kuma's den. "Kuma, you still awake? he whispered. When she did not answer straight away, he crept into her den and laid down next to her. He was not sure if she wanted him there but thought he would stay with her.

Blaze was outside, laid by a large rock, blocking the wind from him. He curled into a ball, slowly falling asleep.

Kuma sighed softly and looked at Jake. She moved closer to him, but she knew it was close to dawn.

Lassie stretched and awoke. Her violet eyes fluttered open and as she move the chain around her neck jingled. Padding out, she went towards the stream next to her den. Lapping up the water, she blinked and remembered what happened last night. A smile appeared on her muzzle as she left the stream, water droplets stuck to her pelt.
