Rules/ToS

Before We Begin

♥ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

♥ Payment is to be sent after I send a rough sketch.

♥ Full payment is required before I begin the final lines.

While I Work

♥ For simple commissions, they are typically completed within 3 weeks, while complex commissions take longer.

♥ You are welcome to message and ask for a screenshot of your commission.

♥ I will update you if there are any delays.

♥ Once you are satisfied with the sketch and I begin lineart, there will be no alterations to lines.

Afterwards

♥ Once the art is complete, I send the finalized product to wherever it is easiest for you. (i.e. discord, twitter, email etc.)

♥ I have full rights to reproduce the art on social media (i.e. posting on twitter) unless You state you’d like your art private.

♥ All credit for the character design, character, or features will be given to you

♥ Any alterations made to the final Commission (removing of signature, recoloring) are prohibited, unless I give written permission.

♥ Should you decide to re-post the commissioned piece/pieces elsewhere, proper credit must be given to me. You are allowed to use commissioned pieces for non-commercial/non-profit purposes (i.e. icons, banners, role-play images).

Artists Note

I cannot get artwork finished in 1-2 days, unless I state otherwise. Please do not spam my private messages multiple times if I do not answer right away. I will get to you as soon as I can.
Any personal delays that I have, you will be updated ASAP. If I cannot finish your artwork, you will be refunded.

Please let me know beforehand if you would like your commission to be private.

If you cancel your commission after I start the linework, I do not offer a refund.
