I have been friends with someone for a while now and we just got in a fight, and now I’m just sitting here crying, and I feel useless and I can barely see the screen in front of me because of how blurred my vision is (from the tears)

something i realised is that i, as an ADHD haver, treat my pastimes or hobbies during my leisure as additional work. like, it just clicked for me that normal people probably come back to things just because they like it and not because its their responsibility??? to have fun??? if that makes sense. because for me its like.. yes, i know itll be fun, but its just... I dont know... i still treat everything like a chore? like its a chore to not just scroll YouTube for an entire day but actually spend my time reading something or playing a game or socialising? I— What is actually wrong with me? Lol?

my boss was in a horrible mood today and kinda took it out on me ): after he got his anger out of his system a customer got mad at me and yelled at me while the cafe was full of people over something I had no control over. my coworker came to linger near me so I didn’t feel alone but getting yelled at + having so much attention on me just made my hands start trembling really bad and my coworker saw it and it just made the whole situation so much more embarrassing

its raining so hard im scared there was a weather report on the radio and now i cant shower aa it said damage to vehicles too so im scared bc im by a window the rain is hitting it so hard and theres a thunder storm????? theres gonna be lightning too so i guess 2 for 1 deal for terrifying my little sister also
