Does anyone else have this issue when trading?

all the time!! it's really frustrating, I really feel like if someone dislikes hoarders so much that they'll block (or, as I've also encountered, cancel with very passive-aggressive or downright rude messages) over it, it would be courteous to mention in their trade rules or even sig. I'm sorry this happened to you!

oooh i had someone cancel on me for hoarding too, recently. they didn't block me though (that i know of)
i really don't understand the antihoard sentiment when it comes to pets that are ultimately going to be in the omg so common-common range ;=; like, there are so many of these guys in circulation that it's not going to cause issues trading for them! im sorry that happened to u, it feels really bad to experience that :(

Oh yea I’ve had people block me over hoard trades n a lot of the times it’s not listed at all in their rules and I also do what you did n offer over pay but eh idk just some people are like that I guess

But I don’t really see why get worked up over it I mean the whole point of this game is to collect what you want who cares if you wanna collect multiple of that same pixel pet regardless of the rarity more or released every year ( except store pets ) but still

Yes, sadly there are folks that are just not happy with anything. I've had canceled trades because many of my hoards are older ones from when I started in 2011. Those pets at the the time were super easy to trade for as they were commons or uncommons. Now they are rares or very rares. Honestly collect what you like. I'm sure many of us that are on CS and other collecting game hoard in real life. I know I do.

i think it's pretty safe to say that dragons are my special interest, and with that in mind, i'd like to share some of my hoards here!! :3

first off, my dragapillar hoard!

second, my baby (western) dragon hoard

third, baby eastern dragons :3

next are my cute little fairy event dragons! (i think that's where they're from? :3)

and lastly for now, the space dragons that i traded for around the time of the event!! ^__^

i'm really excited to share these, cuz i didn't know until today that there was a hoard discussion thread! :D i hope it's ok that i posted them!!

Of course the more the merrier love seeing everyone’s hoards as I myself also hoard every single dragon on this site currently holding the world record for largest malk dragon hoard as well current standing is 785

If you hoard, you just kinda have to accept, that some people somehow do not want to part with multiples of the same Pet.
That is what I learned in my time of Hoard Trading ^^"

Kinda funny that it has not changed since 2011!

First, gotta say that was SO MUCH overpay on your end TToTT Probably for the best it didn't go through; once rarities come out I know you can get SO MANY hoard pets for those guys you'd offered.

Secondly yeah, all the time. It's super frustrating but honestly I just see it as a loss on their end. Who else is going to snap up those 3 omsc once rarities come out? Who else wants 20+ of the same rat/pony/etc.?

It's worse when they don't say anywhere that they don't support hoarding, even MORE so if they're rude about it. I'm so sorry that happened to you, and hope you get many hoardies this year!

Have a few hoards now, and honestly I have a v e r y specific opinion on trades,

If you're hoarding rares+ I feel VERY 50/50 about it, i met someone hoarding a VERY sought after very rare store pet, and when i sent in a trade they instantly cancelled and got mad!! like you had 20 of the same pet, it's understandable hoards are harder to trade for, but i was overpaying! as long as you're nice and aren't going after my rares and expecting less for them i won't judge!!
Even I ask for rare hoard pets, but I make sure they're part of a HUGE trade so it balances out, and I prefer getting the easier ones tbf, it's cool when people are nice about things like this. and to think i was against hoarding when i was newer-

16 actually, the last trade I sent netted me two of them

These guys are nearly impossible to find, let alone trade for-
I feel like I've searched every corner of the site lol.

Do y'all have any hoards like that?
