Could be because the litter is based off of a fish turning into a dragon so it doesn’t have all its legs yet. I can’t really tell if the first PPS has a leg or not cause it’s covered by the eggs.

I’m very hyped to see the Valentine’s Day adopts tomorrow!!!!

Those of us who were around for the 2012 PPS lion are still slightly traumatised by CS on Valentine's day - the effects are still being felt as we speak

Don't know about 2012, but in 2023 there was a lion among the valentines pets, and trading became absolute hell.

Lions are one of the most sought out species, and this one outcome was also the rarest of the batch

Thought I'd grabbed em all but one of the little fuzzy guys and the crazy horned dragon (who is huge! and glorious) elude me.
Year of the dragon is great...love them.

Just the usual uber hype over the in demand pet.
It's always been a thing and it's not just the popular species who falls victim to it. It's just absolutely bonkers nowadays, especially for the most popular species like dragons and lions. I've grown to despise dragons and lions for this simple reason. Love the linearts but people have ruined them for me. Still missing the dragon moon egg like everybody else and I've given up looking for it until it's in the archive. I am absolutely not sacrificing my left arm for a new rare. If it's even rare at all. I just hate the hype and it still breaks my heart that they're gonna sprinkle actual rares into the regulars now :/

Anyways... Rant over.
Can't wait for rollover, Valentines is always one of my fave smaller events, gotta love me some pink pets! :D

Last year's lioness did leave a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth (even though I had two in my adopts!) because of the front page specifically mentioning it and feeding the hype machine. If a pet doesn't have a rarity label it should be purely up to the users to set demand IMO.

Anyway, hoping for some Valentine snakes, or maybe monkeys. We haven't had Valentine monkeys yet! I know they aren't a popular species but that doesn't mean they don't deserve a bit of love.

Wow is Valentines is tomorrow already?
I actually managed to adopt the lion without even realizing it my only disappointment was when the rarities update came out and it went from rare to EUC

The new Valentine’s pets are so cute 🥺❤️ I love the new line art changes!! These new dogs (foxes?) are probably my favorite from the new pets
