Brush settings if you wanna draw hair and accessories while fitting the artstyle: Pen, Round Pixelized, Opacity 255%, Smoothen: around 40-60%

The base is already filled up so you don't need to feel the hassle to fill it up! Its also in folders, named and organized for you so you don't get lost to find one particular part you need to color
All you need is just click the layer then check the lock transparency box so you can change the base's color and shading then add the patterns you like!!
