It's a dog, medium brown color with darker markings. Should be uncommon or below, no sooner than 2020, not super old either. It also has pixelated (but not overly so) lineart

It doesn't have a specific name as far as I'm aware. I would just advertise your search for it as "2019 Store Eastern Dragon" with a image in your post.. good luck!
