Inish glared at him, then let go. But suddenly kicked Shadow's jaw as hard as he could, making him let go of Lyla. ''Why do you want her?!'' He pinned him again.

"Why else." he snapped.

Lyla panted heavily and fell motionless.

Then as they fought they rolled down a small hill. ''To kill?!'' Inish shouted as they rolled.
