➤ Pearlwhisker thinks about those last days
almost every time she closes her eyes. the night
sky still twinkles with the pawsteps of her ancestors,
the breeze still knots her fur. and yet, everything is
different. she never thought there would be
sunrises and sunsets without the ever-present
chattering from her friends. her days' starts and
ends are certainly still filled with chatter, but
it's... different. Pearlwhisker isn't sure if the
melancholy is regretful or bittersweet, Pearl is
not sure of anything.

it has been 12 moons since she last saw them,
the rag-tag group that she had planned to run
away with. Moonlitclan was more burdened
by her- a shining beacon and a liability. Her
white coat made it impossible to blend in as
well as her clanmates, but her rouge friends
never seemed to mind. well, so she thought.

with three paws out, the arrival of the emberclan
cats has certainly locked the fourth in place.

i apologize for taking so long to get a first post up, and for it to only be sootstar - i had zero ivyclaw ideas so he's conked out currently. i'll probably wake him up next post to get him moving.

i might also make another character or two - i'm leaning towards an elder rn (so if anyone needs a meemaw / peepaw dynamic lmk i gotchu) and maybe another warrior unless there's a larger want for characters in another role :3
