JUST HIT 3000 OTTERD WOOOOHOOOO!!!

Today is my birthday and I'm going to treat myself to rambling about my hoards, hope you all don't mind ;3; <3
I kinda wanted to link images but I thought that would just be too much, but nonetheless I apologise for the amount of links! Disclaimer, all links are set to "PageSize=20" as to not overwhelm devices C:

○ Following off from my big update at the tail end of '22 I;
● Hoarded all three of the '22 christmas advents I was eyeing up, as well as one extra, all completed at 20 each - scarlet eye macaw, moldy sock horse, astro pony, bagpipe otters
● Scrounged up 20 each of the '18 Halloween rat as well as the daffodil hammy, black duckling and map rat to complete my 'backlog' hoards
● Got to 100 on my fox bat pps and capped it before they drove me mad - I'm surprised they're not uncommon or higher...
● Stopped at 100 on my coral snakes but tbh I feel like more wouldn't be a bad thing...
● Managed to get 100 of each of these chickenduck pps <3
● Finally got 200 of this beautiful sunshine pupper - I wasn''t active when they released but thankfully I completed this hoard before the rarity update ;3;
● Still slowly chipping away at my goal of 100 for my highland cows, fingers crossed I get most of the way there this year!!

○ My infinite hoads also made some progress;
● fluffy rat trio went from 3,310 to 3,435 despite not being a focus over this year
● fluffy liontails went from 178 to 197, not much growth but super close to the next milestone!
● zombie pps rats went from 160 to 209! I'm not surprised these went VU since they're hard to come across
● pps piggies went from 350 to 384, big sad since they went VU, thinking about capping at 200/250 each but... I love my piggies
● crocodoggo went from 86 to 139! Staff pets are always harder to trade for but I'm glad to see the back of the first milestone!
● death heads went from 49 to 111! I think these must have been big time popular because I barely find any :B

2023 was a good CS year, it brought me many hoards and three fantastic events that I ended with multiple new hoard groups <3

● January brought me the addition of the green tree python as my birthday month hoard <3

● February offered this cute beetle looking pony I just really liked the look of

● March advertised an amazing mushroom pony litter I loved too much to choose just one, and these stunning peacock dogs I just couldn't resist c':

● April was the first month of giving! CS birthday was too good to me and I ended up hoarding 20 each of the alicorn, horse, malk horse, malk dragon and I'm still working towards 100 spiders!
I was also taken by this gorgeous bwolf, and of course I hoarded some easter event pets, with another daffodil hammy finding their way to me as well as this flower hammy and the utterly adorablesheep! Infinitely hoarding one of the pps <3
The best gift of all was this 2nd Gen dog. I hoarded one of the parents as a birthday hoard - made more special because it grew on my birthday - and the 2nd gen is my grans birth month (birthday is 1st, no growths for granny). I hoard daffodil related pets for her <3

● May was gracefully quiet, but I couldn't resist a small hoard of the maned fox cat from the animal awareness special adopts

● June started nicely with a small pride pony hoard, but two others quickly joined with the ocean adopts and I am the proud owner of a small army of draft walrus, and a growing army of shellhorses!

● July brought the blessed summer event of many good things, so many in fact that I achieved my first
tess dragon & tess cat hoards! I also hoarded the sockeye salmon otter, red pps worm, green nessie, bigfoot, mothman, one of the owl macaw outcomes, a checked hoard of squirrel buns and I'm still working on my red squirrel hoard!

● August had some tempting litters, but I was knees & elbows deep in event hoards, and it seems I didn't start a new hoard on this month... sorry August ;3;

● September brings the staff litter, and this staff litter brought strife! I chose to hoard the clown and bug, but I can't really settle on which should be 20 and which should be 100...

● October started with a surprise, I couldn't resist this little squid pps and what went from wanting 100 is now infinite!
Halloween was pretty good to me with the free adopts and I ended it with three small hoards of the
eye spider pps, green skull bunny, swampy white-lined bwolf, a still active hoard of 100 patchwork draft pps and a new infinite hoard of one of the spikey spiders <3

● November brought me yet another beloved pony and a pretty little kitty that looks similar to my PussPuss

● December was generous and gave me a selection of advent hoards to start not that I even need more, so I'll be working on snagging more green sock snakes, shadow cats, purple liontail and vixen pony as well as gratefully scooping up all of these stunning lavender dogs

I also happened to backtrack the archives and noticed I missed this '19 deer that also kinda looks like my cat, and completed this hoard before the november cats :'D

So yeah, that was my year from the hoarders perspective! I had fun a lot of fun doing this <3

i've finally got my dalmatians moved into their own group, and am picking up a rather ambitious project of using coal to make them all unique! i know there's a slim to none chance of it ever happening, but my dream litter on cs would be another dalmatian litter, this time strictly black & white but with varying patterns! since i know it's unlikely, i'm determined to make my own custom dals haha. so far, i've managed to complete the entire last page!

this one was pretty unexpected, but i've also accumulated several balloons! over the years, whenever i've had balloons, i've always been tempted to "customize" their balloons, and i got a bit carried away with this group. it's all picnic/cutesy-themed, and they turned out better than i imagined. now i can't really bring myself to trade them away ;u;.

I started hoarding owls early 2019 after coming back to the site from a long hiatus.
I took another break mid 2021 until about a month ago and was surprised and ecstatic to see I didn't give up my collection.
I got back on the site 12/20/23, and my hoard was around 680 at the time. It's been less than a month and I'm making wonderful progress!!

As of 1/13/24 I have collected at least one of every owl and as of yesterday, 1/14/23 I have now achieved just over 800 owls.

I read the Guardians of Ga'Hoole books when I was younger and when the movie came out it just solidified my love of the series. Ever since, my favorite animal has been the barn owl! So that's why I started my hoard. My goal is 1,000 but I don't believe I will stop there.

I'm with you 100% this stage is too cute!!! 😭💓 I'm waiting for adult versions of them too before deciding but it's so hard.

I am HEARTBROKEN that the previous stage was not PPS D: I totally thought it was PPS and started hoarding them, they fit the theme I had for them PERFECTLY and then I logged in the other day to see them growing up

They may do a ur dragon in that stage if it continues to grow or maybe in an Christmas huh these look familiar box anyways I already know I’m hoarding these anyways or at least gonna try lol

i have one main hoard- it's more of a passive thing (if i happen to get more, i get more!) without a fixed goal. i have almost 200 at the moment!
i hoard all 3 of these cats:

because, as i'm sure you can guess, they match my username! :3 also works out perfectly because i love cats, so i feel a little like they were made for me lol.

i too have decided to hoard the zodiac dragons but i'll be hoarding the whole litter. although definitely preference towards leo, aries, & scorpio.
