I also think a free set of crutches/casts/bandage box, bandages of different designs would be really cool! New scar items as well, just to have them. I know there are a few, but its just that, there are only a few T-T

Hiking boots! I realized when trying to search for some that we don't even have any. So maybe some hiking items to go along with the boots, like a full pack (not the bedroom looking item we have currently), maybe some trekking poles too!
