yknow, if I could go back and do it all over again, I don't think I'd do it differently. I left alot of people behind and ended alot of unhealthy relationships to do what was best for myself. but times like these stir up that grief around what I lost in the process, even if I made the right choices. I wouldn't call it regret. a sort of nostalgia, I guess, for things that are long gone. "you can never go back"-- to know this is such a relief. to know this is such a heartache.

i miss what I had. but I'm never going back. sending lots of love to everyone hurting throughout the holidays <3

I don’t know what’s happening to me
I’m having a panic attack
These past few weeks .. somethings changed. I wash my hands at the slightest thing. Everything needs washing, I’ve showered my hair to the point where it is completely dead and in really bad condition. I know it not real but I feel like I’m covered in something… I need help I’m scared this isn’t normal I’m never this sensitive
NOTHINGS THERE.. this never used to bother me… it’s ruining my life

I want to get in my bed but I can’t because I feel gross because i… I can’t do this anymore. This is too much. I’m really really scared, I don’t know what’s happening. I’m crying just writing this. I haven’t drawn for days and I’m getting nothing done. I want this is to end . I want to be ok again. My skin is so dry and my hair is brittle and ruined. The tiniest thing could end in hours of showering, hand washing and needing everything washed . I’m scared I don’t like this I’m really upset.. I don’t know what this is.. :(
No one understands and I know this is a really big burden and I want to curl up and cry forever
