While the cake doesn't have a concrete value, neither of these are fair to the cake. I would hold out for a better offer.

The first one Is really unfair (In my opinion). Animal eggs are super valuable from what I know and cost a lot more.
The second one I'm not sure, Idk values for most items so someone else will have to help you with that one, srry.
