hi y'all!

this is my first time posting on this new thread but I had a question for the hoarders of more valuable/in demand pets.

do y'all ever trade them?

I currently have a galaxy dog hoard with 15 dogs, but I've been feeling the need to spruce up my pet collection, and have often found myself wanting to trade some of them off but feeling hesitant to do it. especially since they're harder to get than my less valuable hoards.

I guess a part of me thinks "ugh but you got your hoard this far, don't trade them off" while the other thinks "what difference would trading one or two make?"

I'm a bit torn and would love to hear what other users do c:

i've found myself in this boat quite a few times with various list/high-value hoards.

i guess what i've found is that once that question first pops up in my head, i've kind of already decided in a way. in other words, once i've gotten to the point of questioning whether or not i should break up a hoard/trade some off/etc., i've subconsciously decided that i'm no longer content with the way things are. there have been several times where i've broken up hoards completely only to reform them later on (list hoards included)...i think the longer i'm on cs, and the more i need to "entertain" myself with new goals/hoards/etc. to keep things interesting, the more i've just grown accustomed to accepting it. it doesn't mean i love the pets (or hoard) any less, just that i'd like to (even temporarily) focus on something else for a bit.

I honestly think that's a great way of looking at it. Finding a number that I would be happy with in the hoard and letting go of some of them so I can allow myself to broaden my collection without sacrificing pets I don't have multiples of.

Yeah, I think a part of me has already decided to let go of some of them. Much like you, I've been on CS for so long that to keep myself entertained I have to spice things up a bit. Even if I decide to add more to my hoard later on, I want to go back to trading high value pets, as that's one of the most exciting parts of the game to me!

I have a hoard of sleep fairy butterfly wolf items. I love the blue sleep fairy butterfly wolf, and I would love to make a combined pet and item hoard. However, I would need purple and green sleep fairy butterfly wolves, too, to actually make that work.

I'm not sure about how to arrange them in a group, yet. I cannot alternate them, because they've been released on different days. I think, I'll start by making rows of ten of each colour and see how that looks.

I'm hoarding Mustard Heart doggos on the downlow - they have always been one of my favorite pets. I only have three so far, as I rarely have anything to trade for them or if I do it is not what someone wants. Here is my new baby boy!


So excited to watch him grow. Wish I could find him a sibling xD these babies never get old.

i need more difficult hoards to get! rn most of my hoards are easy to get pets... i was thinkin of hoarding an advent calendar pet but im not sure just which one yet! hmmmm...
