i've created a new tool that should help with this year's 18th and all dec. 18ths to come! it's a site that tells you when pets are from with the pet's image address here's the link! https://whatpetdidiget.com

currently the pets in the database include all of 2008's pets and all the dogs from 2009, i'm currently adding more! if you're helping ppl out with their pets and you think they might be from 2008-2009 i'd try using it! it outputs the archive link for easy copy-pasting c:

Oooooh, tested this with a 2008 rerelease that I know I have and it correctly identified it! Very handy!!
