both the zebra and the UR foal trade at 1 Non on average so this is fair, just up to you which pet you like better!

this is fair to both sides ^^
peach = 1.5 non, which is what the other side adds up to (butterbun is 1 full non, grapes are the 0.5)

I know my pet is a 2008 Christmas (MA), how many 2010 rares would be fair? Also does the fact that they offered a double change the value?

old rare is an old rare even if it's a double, unless you value it less due to that but that's just up to you here ^^

1 MA is usually worth 10 old rares (2010 or 2011 count), assuming all the rares are average demand
This is fair considering 9 of the rares are dogs and they added extra to make up for the low demand of the rat or pony
Just up to you if you want to trade down for rares or not, your pet is pretty solidly a nice demand pet

Check out the speckled rat search on this thread to see what they have gone for recently.

your white tinsel tess horse is worth 1 MA, meaning 10 Old rares (2010/2011 rares) or 300-350C$

their pony is the blue roan pony, and only worth maybe 4-5 old rares max (likely the lower end at 4, so still less than half of your pet)
