You post a sign up in the main thread and send gifts to random users - they do not have to be signed up with holibombs! There is a FAQs post on the main thread that explains Holibombs more in-depth, and you can find the rules for the discussion thread on the main post of this thread.

how do yall count gift wars? do you put them both in gifts given and gifts recieved, or just in the gift category, or?

There's a little section on the bottom of the extended code, you count them as a won or lost gift war!

I try gifting people as many pets on their WL as I have doubles of and I usually try to match every holibomb I receive! i made up a new holibomb message for when im giving >:) its a little longer than my other one but much easier on the eyes- not such a bright color ! im excited to spread it around!
