i am super interested in music history especially the history of the emo genre/subculture and hardcore scenes around the world in general. i find it really fascinating how "emo" has evolved over time both as a genre and a cultural/social concept - plus i just love the music. i genuinely could talk about it for days on end if i didn't have to, like, eat and sleep and stuff.

> i went to the library today which i haven't done in a while and checked out a few books (mostly about just general music history + some genres i'm not super familiar with but am trying to learn more about, but they did have one specifically about 90s poppunk which i'm really excited to read even though i already consider myself decently knowledgeable about it). i stopped reading for a while because i couldn't get into the fiction books i was trying to read but i realized recently that i enjoy nonfiction wayyy more than fiction it's just that a lot of the nonfiction i read growing up was for school so i didn't think i liked it. i'm super excited to read these books and as soon as i finish them i'm going to go back and get more :3

haha cute question honestly probably my tom nook baseball cap but i never actually wear it. im not a big hat person. but i also like beanies and cowboy hats i think they're the only hats that really look good on me or go with my hair
