Whisperewind watched the OakClan patrol leave, and padded over beside Iceclaw's cold body.

Badgertial padded up to her leader. "I would like to make Seapaw my apprentice." She whispered into the she-cat ear.

Owlstar didn't respond, Iceclaw's death over whelmed her feelings. "Iceclaw," she murmured, "Tell me, what happened!" she pleaded to life less body.

"Owlstar... Maybe he will come to you in your dreams.' He didn't want to remind her that he was dead.

Badgertail flicked her tail irritably.

"Iceclaw, Iceclaw was like a father to me" she murmured to herself

"Try having him actually be your father." Seapaw hissed under her breath. "My first day of apprenticeship, my reunition with the Clan, and my father was killed!"

Badgertail sighed. I will take her to the moonpool tomorow night. "It's alright, Seapaw. Iceclaw was one of the bestwarriors in our Clan. He died as a noble cat for RoseClan. I bet you that when I take you to the moonpool, he'll be there. Just waiting to see you again. Medicine cats have special connestions with the cats of StarClan."

Owlstar glared at the apprentice, "I was abandoned by my mother and father, Iceclaw and his mate daisyfur adopted me and raised me as a warrior" She hissed

Seapaw hissed quietly. "He was actually my father. I never knew them until just now, Owlstar. And I still don't know my mother. You're not the only cat who feels pain."

Badgertail set her tail gently on her leader's shulder. "I know how you feel. My mother died when I was very young, against OakClan. My father was-" She caught herself. "Unknown." No way could she blurt out that her father was an OakClan warrior. Let alone their deputy. (Hehe, is this okay? I wanted more drama in her life. >:D) "Owlstar, I am going to take Seapaw in as my apprentice if that's okay. She has diverted form the path of a warrior to learn the ways of healing. After all, I am the full medicine cat now."
