intelligent, sociablek, dutiful, some might call kento a workaholic. he is rarely seen away
from the food stall, but he doesn't mind. he likes the bustling business - its able to keep
him distracted. on the side, he's known to help cure others' ailments with his vision. out
side of those he is familiar with, kento might appear as cold or reserved, and seemingly
seems to have no personality, but it just takes awhile for him to get warmed up is all.

✧ ─── while his name is kiu, a traveler once came to his parents shop many years ago, and the traveler called kiu "kento". being young and impressionable, he decided he liked it better than kiu. he doesn't mind if his close friends call him kiu though. if anyone else calls him kiu he feels like he's being berated.

✧ ─── after nearly dying, he permanently just appears tired... all the time. he has eyebags and is pretty cold to the touch, but nevertheless, alive. this is likely due to the fact that his vision saved him on the bring of death.

✧ ─── he's very good with a polearm, as he used one frequently growing up. however, his skills (aka his hydro vision) is mostly used for ally defense, healing and crowd controlling enemies.

✧ ─── this guy CONSTANTLY snacks. super duper metabolism.

✧ ─── he is a youkai, and its painfully obvious. he cannot hide the large ears that call his head their home. despite kento thinking he's good at withholding emotions, his ears constantly betray him.

✧ ─── he's super open and affectionate towards his friends (aka... pretty much only olivier). to those he's unfamiliar with, it takes a long time for him to get comfortable. however, kids are his soft spot. no matter who he is around, he will BEND to any childs will, no matter how foolish it makes him look.

✧ ─── he adores kids in liyue. he tries to entertain them with dramatic stories, or showing off some hydro skills (even though they aren't too impressive) to make the kids laugh.

✧ ─── before his families passing, around people he knews, he was basically a puppy. he was dumb, only wanted praise and affection, and did literally anything to make others happy. since coming out of the sickness, he's pretty stoic, almost emotionless. no longer the childish, carefree kento he used to be.

✧ ─── due to his visions nature, he often tends to peoples wounds when they don't want to go see a doctor. most of the time he does this voluntarily, but if someone continually comes back with scrapes and bruises, he gives them a stern talking to.

✧ ─── is a MASTER chef. his parents began teaching him to cook as soon as possible, when kento was around the age of 5. his entire childhood was growing up in the shop of his parents, helping run food, occasionally cook, and then eventually completely taking over the kitchen and letting his parents do the easier jobs.
