Archive sections are only started when the archive is updated with a fully-grown pet that you can add to your wishlist. Since we're only on the fourth day of December, and none of the monthly adoptions were PPS at birth, there's no December yet. Hanukkah also hasn't happened in real life yet, so CS hasn't released pets for it yet.

It’s a see through pet based on an item which (I assume?) is also see through! So it’s on purpose!
(if you dress up and put an object behind it I think you can tell easier what it looks like!)

Was advised to post this here instead of having its own thread - not an archive issue, but this 2012 alien store dog has the PPS/puppy appearance for these store goggles.
