i havent done any checkered hoards in quite awhile and disbanded all of them years ago but ever since i saw the smores hamster i knew i needed to hoard them in order ^^’ and im so happy with the outcome, they look so cute together!

As soon as I seen the snakes I knew I had to collect them. My goal is 20 of every snake. So far ive completed 75 sets of 20 of the adult snakes. And 15 sets of 20 of the PPS snakes. Down below are my active hoards

i'm so excited! my easter 2023 dwarf hamster hoard is at 850/1000 pets! this is BY FAR the largest hoard i've ever attempted and i feel like i've done really well with it! i started in september, so i've been at it for a little while.

it's really fun collecting such a common and relatively recent pet since everybody has so many of them i can trade for in big chunks sometimes hehe. woohoo! 150 to go! maybe i can finish by the new year!

Always feels like such an accomplishment getting one of these guys nowadays! I was really hoping to finish this hoard by the end of the year, but man, even just getting the last 6 seems like it's gonna be pretty hard :'D

I've also been lowkey considering liquidating a couple hoards... namely my PPS bunny and PPS deer hoards. I'd of course keep some individual hoards of my favorites, but I dunno... they just kinda seem like wishlist filler nowadays, and I'm not nearly as passionate about hoarding them as I was before. It would be nice to have the extra fodder as well! Ah, decisions, decisions...

I feel you. I've ended up liquidating hoards in the past because I just don't have the same passion for them as I used to. I'd say perhaps start sorting out your favorite outcomes into their own groups first, just to see whether that is more satisfying than a large all-outcomes lineart hoard. Then if you really don't think you'll regret using the remaining outcomes as fodder, liquidate fully! More fodder is always good imo <3

also: do NOT recommend trying to collect a popular event outcome several years after said event. I mean, that's how half of my hoards go, but oof is it difficult to do after the fact when you can't just throw tokens at the turn-in. :'o

Same here. I sort through my hoards about twice a year, and always end up liquidating at least one hoard. Mainly from the years that I was most active on Chicken Smoothie. I used to end up with so many spare tokens during events that I dumped them into event pet hoards. I regret nothing, though: Event pets make great trade fodder.
