Please do not post here. This is a Terms of Service thread separate to the ARPG rules and is used for the comfort of the creators of VoidWalkers (Species)

Usage TOS

By participating in Voidwalking, you agree to the Usage TOS, Artist and Lineart TOS, and Gameplay TOS.

👁️ You may not own a Voidwalker if you are banned from the species. You can check if you are banned via messaging us on Quotev, though as per ChickenSmoothie rules, we cannot publicly provide a reason for strikes or bans. Through this same Quotev account you may also dispute strikes or bans if you believe a Voidwalking staff member has wrongfully given you a strike or banned you from the species/arpgs

👁️ If you are banned and already own a Voidwalker, you may keep any voidwalkers you already own, but you will not be able to participate in events, activities, or gain any new voidwalkers.

👁️ Participating in Tumblr blogs meant to badmouth CS users ("Salt Blogs") will result in an immediate ban and a swift report to CS staff.

👁️ Threatening/badmouthing participants in the ARPG/Species will not be tolerated and will be reported to CS staff.

Artist and Lineart TOS

By participating in Voidwalking, you agree to the Usage TOS, Artist and Lineart TOS, and Gameplay TOS.

👁️ Artists have the right to use their own linearts as long as they acknowledge that Voidwalkers the species and Voidwalking the arpgs/arg belong to Bloody★Paws and GloomHQ.

👁️ Artists can have their rank revoked if they make designs that are not appropriate for the species (example: cbc "Character Based Characters"/Dekudogs that are exactly like the original character it was based off of, vulgar/NSFW designs "swear words on the character, genitalia on the character is disallowed")

👁️ Addition to above, cbc's CAN be made if the resemblance is very vague and the inspiration is credited (example: having the osomatsu-san pine symbol on a character with credit for the inspiration is acceptable, while a character made to look exactly like Osomatsu himself is not acceptable.)

👁️ Claiming the default lineart (made by Bloody★Paws) as your own or deleting the credit will result in a strike.

👁️ Artists can make a Voidwalker for themself if they have a co-op archive and have made 5 adopts that month. 3 of these adopts must be free to obtain for it to count for your Artist MYO. Artist MYOs can be traded to users or given away with no penalty.

Gameplay TOS

By participating in Voidwalking, you agree to the Usage TOS, Artist and Lineart TOS, and Gameplay TOS.

👁️ Players may submit 1 of the monthly prompts per CS rollover, and may not post another one until rewards for the previous prompt has been given out. This is to keep things neat and tidy for staff.

👁️ "Role-Play" responses to continue an explore may only be continued 5 times per day, and may not contain excessive violence, gore, or profane language beyond what CS rules allow.

👁️ Events may have their own sets of rules which must be followed.

👁️ If you have blocked a staff member or have been blocked by a staff member and they have a booth in an event, you may not participate in that booth.

👁️ Users are allowed to request one off-oekaki queen for their Voidwalker hive, either through Quotev or Toyhouse.
