i usually really hate my birthday & everything that happens but my new roommates got me a phoebe bridgers themed blanket and it just made me really happy ahskjrems like i love blankets and phoebe bridgers and they thought about it enough to get me that and one of them also remembered i liked moonstone and got me some moonstone jewellery :')

Sad I keep coming back to these thoughts. It's hard to describe. I'm glad they're putting more effort into other person's mental health, and taking care of them. I wish that same effort was put into us growing up as well. I feel as though I suffer more now since my problems were pushed aside. When I opened up my feelings and thoughts, you wouldn't expect them to just be ignored. Especially when they are the very people who are supposed to love you, and listen to you. I don't want to be spiteful, but maybe I am. I hold on to what people say. Even if it was just stupid or untrue. I wish there was an easy way to be happy, or get over anxiety. I'm so tired all the time.
