The UR apple doesnt have good demand due to being a rotten fruit but this is still unfair to you, the apple is .25 non or 3-4 MA and their side only adds up to 2 MA! C$ doesn't have good demand either so even though the alien dog may be more sought after than the apple this is unfair.

Yo! I'm the person on the other side and want to make it fair for the person I'm trading with :0. Do you think bumping it up to 500c$ would be enough to even it out, since thats what the value of a .5non pet is depicted as? Or should I add a few more pets on top of that? Thank you!

they're overpaying but zebras are generally hard to trade, get another opinion though.
