((Haha, well, Adrian's not creeped out by her personally. xD It's magic that he hates.))
Adrian Mallobourne of Albava
Adrian shifted his gaze to Clara when she finally spoke up again, noticing the fear in her eyes. A quizical expression grew across his features, wondering what was on her mind and nearly missing what she said. She never was this quiet, and he tried in vain to hide his concern. Parhaps her logical hesitation was simply coming into play..? He wasn't sure, but of course he wouldn't ask.
Mallobourne was mostly concerned with what to do about the magic problem. He had forgotten that Mayia also knew about the arts, but nodded his head now that Clara had reminded him. "Parhaps we should join back up with the rest of the guild. By now, they're probably wondering where we've gotten off to, anyway. Don't want them running off and getting themselves involved in a different problem."
The young man tried to ignore what Elenwen had said about being as good as dead. He knew nothing about how to defend against magic, but maybe with the assistance of she and Mayia, they could come up with a good plan. He then turned his attention back to Ero. "It's decided. We shall help you, Ero. Hopefully your friend can hold on a little longer, for we can't just run into something we know nothing about.. If you'll come with us, we'll locate our allies. We can meet them at the inn, where we can come up with a plan in private. I'm sure we'll be more help with all of us working together." He gave the elf a questioning, yet confident look, and held out his hand for a shake. This was huge for Adrian. He never was this trusting, especially with magic involved, but he felt like this was the right thing to do.
Meanwhile, Quin turned up his eyes to the sky, spotting the beautiful falcon circling above them. He tilted his head sideways in curiousity, yearning to fly up there with her, but he knew Adrian wanted him to stay put for now, so he remained upon his master's shoulder.
