Sam padded back out of her den and down to the river to drink .

Volt looked at Kit, "First let's see if you can float. You just go on back and simply float on the top of the water." he demonstrated. Then he turned to BlackThunder and bowed mockingly, "Glad you obliged." he laughed

I nodded "Ok." I gently pushed myself farther trying to float.

[Leviathan]

BlackThunder rolled her eyes and splashed water in his face,"Oh shut up",she growled. She turned back to watch Kit.

[Destonation]

"Good job!" he coaxed Kit on. Then he splashed BlackThunder back, "Well then, if you say so miss emperess!" he said goofily and then he made the motion like he was zipping his mouth and throwing away the key, and then he bowed to her, falling face first in the water when he stumbled.

Sam watched from afar carefully not to get noticed.

I slowly floated and stopped. I smiled and looked at the Sky.

BlackThunder chuckled to Kit,"Good job!", then she whispered to herself,"Serves him right". She floated farther out just a little. "Don't stop, you'll lose your concentration!",she scolded.

[Destonation]

Volt came up from under the water and smiled at Kit and blackThunder. "She's doing well!" then he caught up with them, "Now," he said, "Let's try paddling, left right left right. that's sort of like the pattern. He demonstated. "See if you can do it!" he smiled at Kit
