There is no set price for the banner pets as generally they are only ever going to be rare at max. After the rarity update, a few of them went up, but none have done that at the end of an event so far. We can assume the highest value will be rare until proven otherwise, and in that case they are overpaying. Not by too much, but technically it should at most be worth like 5-6 tokens even at the height of demand. People do go crazy trying to finish their collections tho, so that's likely why they're over paying! Hope this helps!

They're overpaying due to the year gaps! It's decently over on their side due to how much older their pets are!

yours = 1x 2013 rare, 1x 2014 rare, 1x 2015 rare, 1x 2019 rare, 1x 2018 rare and 1x 2017 rare

4x 2017 r
6x 2018 r
3x 2019 r
1x 2016 rr vr (Which equals 1x 2015 r or 2x 2016 r)

edit - Just adding in that the cat is a re-release from halloween 2016

They are overpaying here. The hamster has nice demand and is well liked, which is likely why they are offering overpayment. Nothing on their said has any particular demand, but it is a good offer nonetheless.
