Grim looked to all of the goobies, smiling lightly. He looked relieved that they were here, and found himself smiling so widely that his glasses slipped in place again.
"Ah- oh worry lost myself a moment there. Thank you so much for being here, all of you. I... look forward to solving this mystery with you. And, well, maybe making a few friends. I don't talk to others much, usually have my head in a book so... this is really nice." A faint blush enters his cheeks, before he pushes his glasses up and straightens a moment.
"Right then," he adds, a bit more confident.
"Come everyone, let's go inside!" And so with a slightly steadier hand, he goes to pull open the massive cathedral doors. They open with a resounding thud, as though waiting to be opened. A plume of dust spreads out, and its clear the doors have not been opened in some time. Since their beloved Gob was lost, perhaps? The inside revealed a massive interior, with pews in varying states of decay lied out. Some were uneven, pushed away. A few looked clawed upon, as though by an angry creature. Did... that one have teeth marks? Some cushions were torn or missing, and in a few places what looked like dried up goo was crusted upon the floor.
"Wh- what happened here..?" Grim asked, exhaling out. At the very front, where the sermons might normally have been delivered, the pulpit had been pushed over and lied broken in half upon the ground. Scattered around it was broken stained glass from the nearby window. Grim had started to take careful pictures.
"Please, watch your step," he tells everyone.
"We should stay in this room but if you find something you wish to investigate let me know and we can look at it together..." * * * * *
You're in the cathedral and it's certainly taken a beating! Does your goobie investigate the traces of goo scattered about? The broken benches? The stained glass? The pulpit? Or do they look elsewhere, perhaps up?
DAY THREE IS OPEN!
