Upon hearing about the tapping in room 332, Alistaire just had to take a look! He approached the closet door curiously, his ear twitching, before closing the door behind him. A moment passed in silence, and then...

Tap. Tap. Tap.

A shiver ran down his spine as he pushed the closet door open almost immediately, doing his best to remain calm. Surely there was an explanation, right?

As the group of goobies returned to the main hall, Alistaire caught bits and pieces of Marcus and Lucas' conversation with Wisteria. Her words made Alistaire recall when the group had checked out the hotel room... the taps in the closet once again came to mind. There was no doubt about it now, perhaps this place truly was haunted...

The laundry room had thoroughly spooked the poor goobie, but Rocky's curiosity had officially kicked in and he hopped in the line to see the tapping room.
Once it was finally his turn, Rocky stepped cautiously into the haunted room, looking around for signs that it was nothing more than a prank. Finding nothing, Rocky waited for the taps to sound. When they finally did, Rocky searched again during them, again turning up nothing.
With a sigh, Rocky turned and walked out of the room, a little more convinced ghosts were real and a little disappointed that nothing else happened.

Anokhi shook her head. She was not too keen on listening to the sound herself. It wasn't that she suspected it could be from a ghost, she just didn't want to sit in a small closet alone or alone with just Fospher - her Goole companion. Besides, the tapping could be coming from any number of sources. There could be a Goobie on the other side of the wall tasked with tapping on the closet wall at a certain time. There could be something bumping within the walls, from pipes to critters, making a tapping noise. Or it could be something else entirely.

After they chatted with Wisteria, Anokhi could see no reason for her to be lying. They were already interested in exploring this hotel, she didn't need to draw people in with roomers of creepy spooky encounters. Besides, it was more likely that she would experience some of these strange results because of how much time she spent in this place while working. If she was just trying to scare the customers, she would have to be careful not to scare them so much that they decide to leave rather than stay. How would the hotel make any money if everyone ran away in fear?

"Whoa..." Gakt gasped as they all came up to room 332. He quickly took a photo of said room door and then quickly headed inside with everyone else so that he didn't miss out on anything.

Gakt was yet again taking notes as he watched other goobies take turns knocking on the closet. intrigued and interested to see what would happen and if they would get to hear the strange tapping that Lucas had mentioned.

When his turn came, he tried but nothing seemed to happen which was disappointing but maybe the ghost was being picky.

but when Marcus tried and got tapping back, gakt became excited. They had contact from the ghost! Which want there really was something here that might be haunting the hotel!

That was great news for his ghost hunter training.

prompt answer ; Lily listened as the rest of the group introduced themselves, but soon noticed Marcus looking rather scared as time went on. She looked at him in concern, wondering what had him so worried. She tried giving him a reassuring smile, but was not sure how helpful it actually was. As the group moved on to the next area, Lily resumed looking around in awe, and when they reached a specific room on the third floor, Lily listened excitedly as Lucas explained how the room was haunted. A strange tapping sound in the closet? Lily immediately wanted to hear it for herself! Maybe that was a ghost's way of trying to communicate with visitors! Although, Lily doubted she would understand what the ghost was trying to say... Regardless, it would still be cool to hear it so she cheerfully joined the line of goobies who wanted to try.
When it was her turn, Lily eagerly entered the closet and listened carefully for tapping sounds. She was excited to hear some tapping, though as she expected she had no idea what it might mean. Even so, she was just happy to have heard it! Lily watched as Marcus took a turn, despite how nervous he seemed. As he ran out of the closet soon afterwards, Lily wondered what happened. She followed after him and Lucas, and waved at the employee the group came across, before listening curiously as she told them about an experience she had of feeling a shiver down her spine. Rather than being scared by it, Lily only felt more curious. She wondered if anyone in the group would experience that as well while they were exploring. Of course, employees probably spent a lot more time here than visitors would, so it was possible that the group would not experience everything that employees did. It was interesting to hear the stories though!

Hunter was content just standing by and listening, enjoying the banter and differences between the two hosts. She was leaning on the skeptical side, surprised at how many lined up to try to hear the tapping. Her ears perked up, subtly straining to hear if she could hear any faint tapping herself. She watched as some people experienced it, while others did not. However, as time crept onward, her hackles were beginning to stand on end and a shiver ran down her spine. When someone looked at her expectantly, she snapped, "Absolutely not!" she barked out before promptly leaving, not understanding her own feelings.

While Hirado believes in ghosts, he doesn't believe that the tapping on the closet is anything real- and that Wisteria is trying to get everyone excited about something that probably isn't going to happen. Then again, wasn't anyone's fault that a major group's expectations were way higher than expected.

prompt answer ; Upon seeing Marcus flee the closet Hailey's curiosity was definitely peaked as she left her exploration of the room and joined the back of the queue. Soon enough it's her turn and she steps inside to wait. She certainly isn't kept waiting long as less than half a minute in her ears perk as they pick up an odd tapping sound. After everyone that wants to has had their go, Hailey follows the group out to rejoin Marcus outside the room with Lucas going around asking everyone questions on what they think so far. After coming across Wisteria Lucas approaches Hailey this time and asks her a few questions on what she thought about the closet and Wisteria's story. "Yeah, I tried it, and I personally certainly heard tapping sounds! As for Wisteria, I think she's telling the truth! Not much point in lying is there? Besides, I have to admit, this place feels odd to say the least."

amaryllis did end up going into the closet to hear the tapping, but in the end, it was just tapping and nothing more. for all they knew, it could have just been water dripping very loudly, or maybe some animal was just clunking around in the walls. those definitely aren't very good explanations, but they are possible. maybe.

wisteria is definitely a suspicious character though. why is she here, and what specifically happened to make her feel a shiver down her spine? if she was an employee, shouldn't she know what was going on and what made goobies think this place was haunted?

amaryllis stopped to take a breather. too many questions, brain, she scolded herself. they'll probably all be answered soon enough.
