INFJ-T. i identified and consistently scored as INFP-T for many, many years. coincidentally, those years were also the years where i still had a larger group of online friends, 99% of which were also INFP-T. i think it was about a year or two after my relationship ended and i fell out with that shared friend group that i retook the test and got INFJ-T for the first time.
i do feel like losing that relationship & friend group kind of... "initiated" that change, i guess? among other things, of course, but funnily enough my enneagram also changed around that time (scored as 6w5 for years,,,, also just like 99% of people in that friend group, lol). i feel like it was a mix of different factors, from mental health, to wanting to belong and "be on the same wavelength" as others, to just being complacent and unwilling to change or find myself because it was easier to just. be the version of me i was back then.
i do definitely think INFJ-T is far more accurate of a descriptor for the person i am at my core, especially nowadays though. it just. resonates more with me because there always was a little nagging feeling that INFP wasn't a perfect fit. that being said, my judging score is consistently the "lowest value" - barely managed to win over perceiving back in 2021, but has since become more defined. whoever wants to roast me for using 16P for reference, go ahead - still a good starting point for anyone getting into MBTI, sue me)
my percentages do shift just a little each time i test myself, but that's to be expected tbh. i do think that INFJ-T may be here to stay, but who knows! might just go "screw this" and turn into the opposite for fun a few years from now /j

my little voice may not be able to get much across, but i advise you all to check out sakinorva and keys2cognition!! 16p isn’t always the most reputable.
i’m an infp. i know everybody says that, but i’ve been looking into it for a while. my entire life i’ve been a painfully obvious example of FiNe, lol
