Okay so they seem to have about 1.5MA plus the store pets/'09 rare/2020 rares.
Your side is around 1.5-2MA

3 sitting cats at .5MA each: 1.5MA
2 2020 store pets + 1 '09 sitting cat + 2 2020 rares
=
er sitting cat = 1MA
pps griffin seems to have an unclear demand to worth on the fair trade and trade data forums but I can collect they go for .5MA-1MA with great demand, could possibly fetch more = .5-1MA

seems pretty fair so It's up to you and if you're happy with the trade
