Extra: titan isn't what he seems to be. he can't be. shale can't help staring at him every time he comes across him today, and he seems to be more... everywhere than he had realized before. he doesn't understand. this werm seems so normal, nothing like those shale grew up around in the pit... why, he even gears up every day like he needs protection from the inside ! just like these wermz from the world above !
but at the same time... he's frightening. he's much too everywhere. shale keeps hearing voices that sound like his but he knows they can't be. or can they ?
regardless, he can't help but feel a certain reverence is forming after how sternly he was scolded last time he doubted titan. even if titan was just as he seemed, the familiar voice of the pit didn't lie to him. the talking objects, sure, they lied all the time. but he knew his parent's voice when he heard it, even if he didn't understand the claims about titan.
he doesn't approach titan today, but titan seems to find him. he sheepishly kicks the dirt at his feet and looks down at the moss that was still growing strong after titan had rubbed mud all over him before... he squints at it. "most of the time, that doesn't happen. there's something else about you." he shuffles around a bit more, psyching himself up to be bold enough to try and get some answers. "why do you... deal with the wermz from outside ?"

Extra: As the Mimic Chest mocks him, Shen instantly reacts as offended cat would; instantly beating the snot out of him 20 times per second with his paw. Apparently Shen is more easily offended by being called weak than by so called Eldritch Possession.
