The three friends walked into the now-familiar tent, ready to say hi
to Grimbell. Instead, they found a lone pedestal with a dim, swinging light hanging
above it, drifting eerily in the non-existent breeze.Illuminated by the haunting light
sat...a burger. Not just any burger, but a lavender burger on a paper plate. Shadows
swayed around the display with the light's movement. Guilla walked forward, curious.

"Nuh-uh," said Inia, clinging to Pennyroyal. "I am not going near that thing."

Pennyroyal took a careful sniff, watching Guilla approach the pedestal.
"Be careful," she cautioned.

Guilla's leaves rustled as he inspected the object. The plate below appeared to be in
the shape of a werm, with molded ears and a printed face beneath the bun. The burger
was pristine, and still a little warm.

Inia paled as Pennyroyal peeled away from her to also inspect the dish. After circling the
pillar a few times, she turned to face Inia.

"See? I don't think there's anything to worry about."

But Inia's face contorted in horror. She pointed both sets of right arms behind Pennyroyal.

"What, Inia?"

When she finally looked behind her, she saw what had happened--

Guilla had taken a bite, and was going in for another.
