It makes me think he might have been planning something for a while now, because River knew his name.
well he had to have been planing it for awhile too have the names all worked out and everything

Either that or it just happened to work out well. Sometimes things that seem very well planned out really aren't. But then you can pretend you knew what you were doing all along.

yeah you could be right it just seemed that it would have taken a lot of planning and was far too perfect to have just worked out well and besides that Moffat seems like the kind of writer to plan everything out perfectly

All the scenes. All of them.
Uh, ones that stand out: Two and Victoria discussing family in Tomb of the Cybermen. The 'everybody lives' scene in The Doctor Dances. Other!Ten talking about being in Donna's head in Journey's End. Eleven squaring off against Prisoner Zero in The Eleventh Hour. Amy saving the spacewhale in space starwhale because she understands it in The Beast Below. The bit where they take Vincent to the museum in Vincent and the Doctor. Eleven's monologue in The Pandorica Opens. Eleven and the TARDIS arguing about instructions in The Doctor's Wife. The TARDIS chasing the House out and saying hello to Eleven in The Doctor's Wife.
Highly commended for the funny: Two and the Jamie!ified Daleks in The Evil of the Daleks. Two playing at the beach in Enemy of the World. That scene where Jo just talks continually for what must be about an hour and the Master actually believes that it's a realistic situation for her to do that in Frontier in Space. The fight scene at the end of the second episode of The Time Warrior. Ten's introduction in The Christmas Invasion. Donna and Ten's conversation through the windows in Partner's in Crime. Eleven telling Amy that he can act human while jumping on the bed and poking his hair with hair gel in The Lodger.Day 10 - Episode that scared you most
Blink, without a shadow of a doubt. I used to watch Doctor Who alone on Saturday nights a lot because my family would go out (I still do actually), and I was cooking in the kitchen at the beginning of Blink (our kitchen/lounge room/dining room is open plan). I never left the kitchen. It's the only episode that I've physically needed to hide behind something for.
I dunno, it was unnerving :P
