Been here on and off for the last 11 years and i had no clue about the majority of the things on this list. This was such a fun and interesting read

Oh my goodness! All of CS history is amazing! Why couldn't I have been born earlier to be able to see the start of Chickensmoothie to now 😭😭😭 I want the 1st layout to come back. That's my favorite one! The Sunback plushie is to die for (not literally. I become very exaggerated to things I really really love.)

I don't think I've ever gotten a DIY Cake item yet... I might be wrong lol. But I so would've participated in the cake event.

The linearts I learned a bit about like 5 months ago... It's very interesting, but I really love the original malk linearts.

i'd love if CS released more mall merch! i'm sure a lot of people would be interested in buying.. and omg plushies would be so cool

aaah I'm actually so jealous of everyone who has the CS merch, I hope they make some more one day! I would buy a plushie in a heartbeat ;^;

unsure if this counts for historical purposes but it's fun to mention either way -- during the 2023 summer event, there was a new free adoptable owl and squirrel every day (one of each per person)! but on one of those days something got messed up, making the owls and squirrels of that day infinitely adoptable LOL

it was very swiftly rectified and the owls/squirrels were taken from anyone who got more than one, but it's still a fun tidbit -- if you check the discussion thread for the event there was a whole gag where folks made "graveyards" for the owls and stuff

Has staff ever commented on whether the CS mall could make a return or if they'd consider doing an interest check for it? I bought pins from them in the early 2010's and I'd love to buy some of the keychains they used to supply. They seem hard to come by, I haven't seen any come up for sale second hand. ^^

I’ve seen one CS mug for sale that I really wanted but sadly it was already purchased before I got to it, but I do believe items from the CS mall are hard to come by nowadays.
I would definitely pay a lot for the CS mug if it came back, or if another version was made! I love my mugs lol

I’m not sure if CS staff has said anything about a possibility of the CS mall opening back up, I’ll have to dig around and let you know!:)
