It rarely does, but mine does freeze up seldomly when I'm not paying attention

Anyways, this is my team so far:
Candi, Shiny Pachirisu, Lv 48
Kokomo, Staraptor, Lv 49
Emperor, Empoleon, Lv 48
Twizzler, Lopunny, Lv 50
Colorado, Rapidash, Lv 45
Diablo, Gyrados, Lv 52

How will I stand against the last gym? What should I do?

If I were you I would use Gyrados, Empoleon, and Pachirisu mostly. :3

For Volkner? I think not. Gyrados would be down in a second, having a double weakness to Electric types.
I suppose your best bet would be Lopunny and Rapidash, considering that they are the only ones that don't quite have weaknesses to Electric... well, you could use Pachirisu, but that wouldn't help much.

Zomg! There are Black and White Pokemon figures/cards at McDonalds!
I was wating in line and looked over at the toy thingy and saw them and in my head I was like
"OHMYGOSHMUSTGET!"
So when I went up to the dude and ordered he was like "For boy or girl?" Of course I said boy...xD

But,I only got a Pikachu figure and Audino card...
I really wanted the Zoroark figure!

Depends, Diamond/Pearl or Platinum? His Pokemon line up is different.

Diamond/Pearl:

For his Raichu, use Rapidash or Pachirisu. Try to avoid physical moves due to Raichu's Static ability. I don't know your movesets, but I'll try to get a variety of strategies in this. See if you can paralyze Raichu with a Thunder Wave with Pachirisu, if not, go ahead with Discharge. For Rapidash, use Fireblast or Inferno. Perhaps you could use a bit of agility if you want, but not too much since Raichu's speed is higher (I'm pretty sure at least :B Lil' speed demon). Try to hit hard and take it out, but if you can, try to paralyze/burn/etc. Remember, avoid physical moves unless you want to risk getting paralyzed (I can't remember if Static is 100% chance in Gen. V or not).

Use Pachirisu with Octillary. If you have a dire hit, use that and then use a hard hitting electric move.

For Ambipom, any of your Pokemon will do except for Starraptor, Empoleon, or Gyrados since his Ambipom knows shock wave (unless one of them knows Earthquake or some hard hitting ground move, but don't do it if it's a Nuzlocke). I'd really just go with a Pokemon that has high defense and can hit hard. Loppuny would work with Jump Kick or Dizzy Punch. Rapidash fire spin + take down. Pachirisu thunder wave + hyper fang + discharge. Overall, Pachirisu or Loppuny would probably be the best.

Lastly, for his Luxray, use Loppuny's Jump Kick and Dizzy Punch or Rapidash's Inferno + Fire Blast.

Platinum:

Same tactic as above for Raichu and Luxray.

For Jolteon, avoid electric attacks. Go with Loppuny's Jump Kick or Dizzy Punch, and if you want to try, you could use Baton Pass. You could also use Rapidash, which I think I might suggest. Just hit hard with Take Down, Inferno, Fire Blast.

For Electrivire, use a Pokemon with high defense and/or can hit hard. I'd use Loppuny, again, hit hard and hope it goes down fast. If you have some dire hits that may help, or if you can, send out Pachirisu and use Thunder Wave to paralyze. Or if any Pokemon can burn/paralyze/etc, do that first.
