How do you check to see if you have a topic on a forum?

I want to post something under one of the trade forums but I just don't know how to check if I have a topic already, since the rules for the one I want to post in say I can only have one topic open. How do I check to see if I have one open?

Usually, if they only allow one post, if you try to click the make a new one button it will pop up asking if you want to go to the existing one instead. Least as far as i know!
