Agreed that the 1st trade is unfair to you. Many of your pets are significantly older, and they have better demand. I'm not sure what exactly would needed to make it fair, though. It depends on how you value the gaps between years.

The second trade also depends on how you value dates since the rarity update. If you use the "3 year rule" that some people are adopting, then the two rares are a fair swap and the rest on their side isn't needed. If you use the old "2 year rule" for dates, then it would be unfair to you. However, that rule never really made sense even before the rarity update, and it makes less sense now.

Trade 1 I'm not sure about.

Trade 2 is unfair to you by rarity and (probably) demand. I not super familiar with these two pets, but I can't imagine the pink rat has better demand than the skeleton rat.

Trade 3 is perfectly fair. I don't know if one has better demand than the other. Feel free to get a second opinion on that.
