trade not sending with attached pets/items!

hello! i have a problem with a recent trade where when i attached pets/items in exchange for c$, when i sent the trade, the pets and items were removed.
specifically, they showed up in the preview/edit menu, but after i submitted the trade to the other user, they were absent.

when i tried to trade them again in a separate trade, i got an error message saying i hadn't selected anything to trade─this is what the edit menu looked like : (

wee update: i have successfully done/sent trades with other players. its just this one specific one

This is generally something that occurs as a result of a coding issue in your trading partner's trading rules. ^^
If they have their BBCode brackets in the incorrect order, it can result in this issue, e.g.

Code: Select all

correct > [center][size=85][b][/b][/size][/center]

Code: Select all

incorrect > [center][size=85][b][/size][/b][/center]

You may want to let them know that there appears to be an issue with their coding, as this affects other user's ability to send them trades as well! Alternatively, you are welcome to send in a help ticket with the user's profile link and staff can look into addressing the issue directly. c:
