Admin Assistants - Ricorn and Sorren Fey

Hi everyone,

most of you will know Ricorn and Sorren Fey, two of our global moderators. Today they are being promoted to a new role: Admin Assistant.

They'll still be moderating in the forum as usual, but now they'll also be able to help people with issues like forgotten passwords, logon problems, etc (where previously, these issues often required an admin's intervention)

They'll also join me and Nick in answering some of the emails received at our help@chickensmoothie.com address, to make sure you get a quick response.
